6610 low coantrast

i have 6610 very low lcd contrast , i change lcd , flashed, but same problem .. what is the problem hard ware or software ..

any software for increasing contrast . please ..

Have you replaced it with a 6610/6100/7210 screen or a 7250 screen. I belive they are different and give contrast problems. The 7250 LCD has brown circuit ribbon, 6610 is green.
