7250i MAJOR problem! Can I reset it?

hi there I have this MAJOR problem with my 7250i.... see I was tranferring midi's to it using a cable and something went wrong... everytime I click "open gallery" the thing resets itself
now I did see if I look at the back of the phone, on the bottom left hand corner, there is a little hole which looks suspiciously like a "reset" button on an ipaq etc... I am wondering if it is indeed... although I wonder what exactly would happen if I pressed it.. I have tried the "restore factory settings", left the batter out of the phone for hours, anyway Im guessing I need to take the phone in for a repair... but before I do that is there ANYTHING I can do?????????? (ie like stick something in the hole?)

I had a simlar problem with a nokia 7210 i simply just hooked the phone back up to my pc and removed the file. it was a ringtone as well so i duno if it wil work or not it worked for me!

hmmm I can see the file if I hook the phone up... only thing is it has no name and everytime I delete it, it comes back.... "the everlasting file" :sad:
so Im still stuck 4 now.... :sad:
