3210 language thai

A friend asked if I could put thai language on a 3210. I flashed with 3210c536.fls and can get menu etc in thai but when in messages or phone book it stays in english and keypad is english. I tried flashing 3210d600.fls and 3210c600.fls but all I get is "contact sevice"
Am I using right flashes because I saw in another thread that 3310 Thai uses g flash cant see that for 3210. :-?
Any advice gratefully received. :)

3210 Pack C it only menu thai. can't sent sms in thai language.
i have make key thai language in 3120 but can only save and display on phonebook.
