nokia 8310 keypad locked

hi, ive got an 8310 v5.06, and non of the buttons on the keypad work.

the only button that does work is the on/off button.

has anyone else had this problem, and could shead some light on this for me please.

Clean PCB Where Membrane Makes Contact With Contacts.

Option 2>
Replace Membrane
