Nokia halted with SMS

Hi.
I have flashed nokia 3325i (MADos) flash file in my nokia 3310 and there was menu - GSMHacking. In this menu was menu - "fuck nokia" and there i was entered my phone number and sent that sms to me. When i was opened this message what i was recieved, my nokia 3310 halts. And question is - what code that "fuck nokia" sent?

It did send a value (03) which certain Nokia types can't seem to handle.

It is no true virus, but misabusing a known Nokia bug.

Actually it is the same trick as using 01 for the blinking characters.

Restarting the phone, or deleting the message from Ur sim if already stored will solve the problem.

Sorry man, but i dont got that. I have sent message in unicode with text \x03 but phone was not halt. Maybe I do something wrong? If yes, then what text i must send and in unicode or not?
