All is in the title, I've got the proper 9 digits unlock code for my myx-5m
phone but I don't know how to enter it ?

Shall I enter xxxyyyzzz then ok ?
something more ? something before ?

9 Digit code??!! :lol:
put a blocked sim in your phone... will say sim lock/payT lock or something like...
Enter the code and press ok... nothing before or after..
