That's whats supposed to happen. If you wait a while or reboot your phone, the game should show up in your main menu..

Hope that helps

Thanks for replying..

unfortunately, it doesn't.. basically none of the .blz file expand or show up on my phone...

i have heard that the N-Gage can have a software fault that prevents these files from working.. is this true??

i have 256mb mmc card, and i have formatted it and tried it, but nothing..

anymore ideas would be gratefully received...

put the blz on mmc, not in any folders, so it looks like tis e:/sonic.blz

den run blzinstaller to install.

I cant seem to install the program blzinstapp.sis or any ***.blz files onto my MMC since I bought the Kingmax 256mb mmc card.

Maybe the MMC Card is corrupt? Better get a refund ...
Maybe the my phone (Nokia 6600) is screwed up? Don't know what to do ...

But installing Blizzard Games (eg tomb.blz and sonicn.blz) on my 32mb complimentary MMC Card that came with the phone seems to be perfecto!

Don't know what's wrong with the 256 MMC, already formatted it 4 times :-?

Okay two things..

One.. Is your MMC supported by the phone. that means can you install other software on the phone? Or use it in the MP3 Player. If yes, move on two. Else just make a backup of the MMC that comes with the Phone (if it is the Nokia GAME Card.. That would be best), format it and install the blz file.

Two.. You have stated that u have tried installing the game many times. In my experience, when u try to install a blz file and something goes wrong, blzinstaller does not let u install the game again, unless u remove the already installed files from your system folder. So install an App like FEExplorer, go to the System folder on both the phone and mmc and try to delete all instances of the game you can find in these folders. For instance in my c:\system\apps folder, i have directories of the games i have installed. So try to remove these folders pertaining to the game in question and try installing the game again.

Follow tzeonn's advice and put the blz file on the root directory of the mmc. BLZ should find it and do the appropriate install. Then reboot the phone, keep your fingers crossed and pray while pressing the menu button.

If you have further trouble, post the file to us or try it out on a friend's ngage and see if it works. If it does, we can then localize the problem to your phone, rather than the file.

Hope this helps

Are you guys talking about any Nokia Series 60 phone? Or N-Gage?

Btw, I know how to install Blizzard Games. The phone is compatible with the MMC. The phone detects it. However, sometimes the phone says it's "corrupt", "Cannot Complete Write to Disk" or "App Closed ***" :-?

My mmc card works fine.. i have installed other games which don't involve having to install them other than copying them straight to the "apps" folder other than fifa2004, which copies across fine, but when run, comes up system failure!! nice..

however, the blizzard games don't work at all.. i have tried re-installing / deleting / formatting the card and re-trying...

i have put the file directly onto the mmc, in folder, but still the same sh*t..

i am wondering if it how i am transferring it to the mmc via pc.. i am using the data cable and copying the files across from cd... in doing this, i have had two types of messages..

the first, teling me the file is corrupt and "blizzard" closes immediately..

the second, it starts to expand, but then the app closes and the file disapeers off the phone...

even more frustrating...

:-?

I prefer to install the N-Gage cracked games manually. As in, not use Blizzard and copy the files of a "non-installer" version of the game to

E:/system/apps

Or if I have to (which I have already done), I install it with Blizzard App Installer then make a backup copy of the game files on my computer. So next time, I don't have to have the BLZ files ... i have the actual folder of files for the N-Gage game.

Just a thought. I keep non-installer versions of the ngage games
