How to clear registry information?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to uninstall Irremote and reinstall it again?
I think it leaves information in registry-like files!!!
So, do you know how to erase irremote totaly?
I tried to erase the INI files but it doesn't work.
But formating the commy erases this file.
I'm not planning to format my commy nowadays, but I want to reinstall IrRemote.
