To get the newer version of the firmware (8.12) you have to:

1. Go to the official dealer of your service provider and have them flash your phone to the newer version (good luck)

2. Call your service provider and tell them that your phone is not working (make up some random, terminal problem) and they will send you a new one, with the newer firmware version.
