Help needed plz to unlock my3078

Hi,
I have a Sagem my3078 which i am trying to unlock from t-mobile,
when i go into the hotkey options then to PROM i only get the imei number
and the imeisv:00, so i am unable to get the field numbers which going from past posts i have read you need. Is there any way to fix this? I'm a noob at all this so if you could go through step by step it would be much appreciated.

you need to enter FULL hotline menu... use search and you'll find out how............

Thanks for replying so quicky Stonesuk, have been searching past threads like
"for all user which need free codes!" i gathered it wasn't on full hotline menu from previous posts but don't understand how to fix it, i tried changing the data perimeters in accessories with no joy, as i say i'm new to this so forgive me if it's something simple that i'm missing
