What does PRI stand for? and what does it do? Or is it PRL?
What software edits PRI or PRL and where can I get it from please?

PRL stands for preferred romaing list.
it can be edit using many softwares like UPST

you can edit any nokia phone by *3001#12345# and all ur nokia is open for settings... ENjoy....
