I downloaded a blank operator logo. I want to delete it now because it messes up my 3595. It freezes it up and it says "Insert Sim Card". How can I delete the logo?
Thanks

Hi!
Try to reset factory settings or download new one.
GoodLuck.

I downloaded a couple different blank ones. And they give me the problem I described. I know it is the operator logo that is doing it through testing (i.e. I've gone through two phones and kept track of what can cause it).

It doesn't work that way. You have to download a blank one.
What firmware version is your phone? To find out, hit *#0000#.
If it's v7.20, blank operator logos WILL NOT work. You have to have v8.12.
