Tony hawks Underground

I have the 7250 and i downloaded tony hawks underground, when i start it, its ok but when its loading the level it says Unable to run application and closes itself :-?
does this happen to anyone else and does anyone know why?

looks like u have d/l the corupt jawa game. try look for another one

i've tried 3 different ones and none work :-?
