7650 question...

Okay i'm new to this so be gental with me... lol

I obviously own a 7650 and have just recently unlocked it from T-mobile... I have put another operators sim-card in the phone and it askes for the lock code.

Now here is the problem... I have changed it from the code it shows in the manual, but can't remember what i changed it to...

Is there a way of resetting the code or finding a way of by passing it??? :-?



Okay so after reading a few links on this forum, you keep refering to flashing your phone.. What the smeg does this mean????

Coz i don't paticulary fancy flash frying my phone!!! lol

Seriously what is it and where can i find somebody that can do it???

Well flashing refers to resetting your phone and reinstalling the phone fully by way of a DataCable, i can't possibly explain it to you all here, so i suggest you go through some tutorials and stuff which you can find on the internet by doing a search using google..

Hello!

I think your n7650 works fine and no need to flash. Just have it open line so that you can use any operators sim card.

how bout trying 'restore factory settings' or format your phone if u dont worry bout archived images and files. This will remove the lock code u've entered b4. :)
