Upgrading firmware on 7650

I've downloaded a exe file that claims to be the new version 5.09 firmware for Nokia 7650... My question is: Do I need a cable or can I do it by using IRDA or Bluetoth... What's the best program to flash Nokia 7650? Risk an concerns?... Thanks

U need special hardware named Griffin box or Twister box,or Prodigy box or something like that.

The answer to your first question is no, as you will need special hardware to flash your phone. The other questions don't really apply ;)
