The schematic may be different depending on the IC that the clip is based around. There is about 5 different schematics for the dct3 chip.

I need both the schematic and hex for the dct 4 clip.

right guys heres what i can tell you :

the dct3/4 clip is based around 2x atmel at89c4051's and a few resistors and a voltage regulator transistor !

dct3 clip !
Their is a few different hexes for these clips around so you might as well just build a dct3/4 clip instead ! providing you can get the hex .....which i am not in a position to be able to do...atm ;)

Its not a complicated clip, more or less a handful of components. The bit that usually gets expensive is buying the phone connectors...at around £5 GBP each if you are buying only one at a time

i heard the atmel 89c4051 has a flaw that allows you to read the contents !!!!!!

just buy one clip and copy it !!!!

I was thinking of it i have the hex for the DCT3 but most people do protect the code on the chips... i didnt know you could read it, do u know of any software that would read it if its been protected

protected pi c processors can sometimes be read if you do some hardware trichs... (never did it myself... have to make power go on off on off or things like that... not sure how it's done)...

But I thuoght Atmels were alot harder to crack....
Can't find much info on the subject.

Hello M8's

For All Those Who Want To Know More about Micro Controllers And PCB's Etc

Here Is Some More Info Too Click Here Pic List (http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist/listfaq.htm)

Also There Is New Encryption Technology For Atmel On The Way Too. The Developers Programming Kit Starts At £32,000 For The Basic And £76,000 For The Advanced.

Todays Standard Technology Is RSA Which Boosts 1024 Bit. The New Technology Crunches 7-Bit Of Data At A Times, It Crunches More Quickly In Less Times Upto 2,000 Times Faster.

The Old Technology Took 420 Mili Seconds, And The New Technology GenuID Took Just 220 Mili Seconds And Did Not Need A Crypto Processor.

There Was Also Another Technology "Elliptic Curve Which Took 120 Mili Seconds But Also Needed A Crypto Processor Unlike GenuId Which Dont Need One.

NTRU Cliam It's Encryption Is The Most Secure In The World And It Would Not Be Easy Task For The HaCkErS, CrAcKeRs.

i think pony prog can read most of the pic's .... so we can can copy the hex in the preprogrammed pic like the hex in the dct3/dct4 then , we upload that hex in the unprogrammed pic.

Please try to analyze this scheme and hex with pic16f876 that can be program by pony prog....
