Ok, I put in my details in the code software at unlockme.co.uk, tried the first code
#PW+375246300304443+7# did nothing
tried the second code
#PW+317136740563635+1# and that came up Phone sim unrestricted.
Tried my O2 (Genie) sim but it just kept shutting down

I have the exact same problem....
I bought it as being unlocked but when i put in other sim cards other than orange (tried o2 and vodafone) it keeps turning off after the connecting hands startup video.
Ive tried 3 different codes and im now thinking theres something else thats the cause...
Someone help us plz
Regards

Did your phone keep switching off if you put in a simcard other than orange? Or what msg did you get before you unlocked using code 2?

Quick question GaryParson..
is this the code that worked? #pw+445137470373633+2#
Also is the phone not switching off when you try another simcard?
Cheers

Yeah mate that's the one that I used and yes, my phone was switching itself off when i put in another sim. I tried an O2 one and an O2 Genie one, the phone just shut down after trying to boot up. Hope it works! Do tell.
