What is the point in using tagtag.com actually? As far as i know, you don't need a special wap host, to host midi files. Just upload them to any webserver you have!
I tested a few weeks ago to upload a normal wap page to a normal free webhost i have, and that worked without problem.

Almost all of the englisghtones doen not work in my Nokia 6100!! And why the hell do u have pictures of Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein used for backgrounds??
