n-gage problen

hi

my little neighbour had the phone in hands and nobody knows what she did, but the phone asked for restart, so they picked yes and now the phone shows just the nokia logo and nothing more...i tried to get into the safe mode, but its not possible...just the nokia logo...
can anybody help....

Don't know if this works but...

If you look just left of the battery there is a hole where you can see the circuit board, and there is a small black button. Apparently this is a restart button, but I've never tried it.

I also read that if you stick a pin in that little hole above the socket for the charger it resets, but I'm pretty sure that's the microphone, so don't try that.

You can try either of these at your own risk.

Let me know if you do try, and what happens.

i have read that an hour ago...
that first thing (left to the battery) is an external antena connector or somethig simmilar and that second thing is a microphone...
i'm not idiot so don't try thing like this...
i need some normal solution...

try holding the pencil button when it boot up, see if it goes into safe mode. if it does, format.

otherwise, u might haf to flash the fone at nokia ctrs.

that happened to me before there's nothing you can do to fix it. i had mine for 2 and half months suddenly it went all messed up i press the power button the nokia logo shows up for 5 secs then shuts off what i did i brought the phone to the store were i bought it they exchange it wid no cost got mine from gamestop i hope these gives you an idea
