Umm do you know that it's illegal to do such types of activities, and i think it is possible, but i've got no idea how to do it.. You won't find much information in this forum about IMEI changing..

Try searching on "Change IMEI" at www.google.com
How to change ... some basics from the bak of my head:
You need a UEM chip, and the hardware called "flasher" or "imei rebuilder/repairer" or something. What do you do, is you open the phone. Take out the located UEM Chip. The UEM Chip is where the phone's IMEI is stored. When you type *#06# ... the fone checks the number from the UEM.
So jack off the UEM, place the new one ... and u have to solder it (very advanced technics needed ... professional recommended). After soldering it, you connect the fone to the PC with the special hardware you bought. With the Software on the PC ... you write a new IMEI onto your blank UEM chip ... or supposedly ... "repair" the IMEI ... *wink wink nudge nudge* :D
I think that's about it. Correct me if I'm wrong ... because I wrote that all out of memory (damn Physics was hard today ...)

I was reading upon it because I was thinking of doing it - on my 7250 that was barred for some reason. My dad was a mechanic, and he was a pro on soldering so it seemed ok. Until I saw the prices and low availability in Aus. Have to buy with Credit Card from UK or something.
Don't think I'll do it. Especially when the 7250's price is dropping real fast. Might as well buy a new one :D and sold my old one internationally :-P lol
