3650 Unlocked, Still Doesnt Work

I unlocked my T-Mobile 3650. I am trying to use it on Cingular's network as well. When I plug in the SIM it doesnt reject it but I get no signal. When I try to connect to Cigular service I get a "Not Authorized" message. Is there anything else I have to set-up? :-?

I have the same problem. Anybody able to explain/resolve this issue?
