Server Clock out??

I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that the server time (or where ever the forum gets its time) probably isn't correct

I notice it when I look to see what time somebody posted something and it was 3 hours in the furure!?! :-?

I then thought it might be my PC but on the college computer it is the same and on my mates PC also

I am in england on GMT but I have to set it in my options to GMT-3 hours for the time to be correct

anyone else noticed this problem or is it just me?

I just looked at the time at the bottom and it says GMT-2 when it is set to -3????
