Unlocking Nokia 6590

Has anyone successfully unlocked a Nokia 6590 yet? If so how was it done? I have tried all the tools that worked on 8390s, and none of them work on the Nokia 6590.

Oh just stick the 6590 faceplate on your 8390 and call it a day..

Because you can make them fit you know

why didnt I think of that?

Even a possible better solution is to swap the 'D' frame housing and then not only will the front covers fit but it would also say 6590.

Hmmmm.... then again can always continue to work on unlocking the 6590's in the interim

sorry phonedudes, when you change the pcb you take the IMEI sticker with you! its stuck to the back of my 6510 (however the case is broken :-( ), unless the xx90 types are different?

can anyone get me a volume/power switch for nok 83/65xx? mine broke with the case. (phone is A-ok tho).
