I Need Help With Unlocking N-gage Please

I have a nokia n-gage and i think it is locked to t-mobile since it came with a prepaid card for t-mobile. anyway i live in Illinois and the phone's imei # is:

its not locked.. did you try to put another chip in it?? it should be unlocked by default!! mine is!
