restarting/formatting 7650...help

my 7650 is pretty screwed up...maybe its all the cracked software ive been putting on.anyway ive been havin probs with putting the phone on or restarting...i woz wonderin if there are any programs that can format or do anythin similar to the phone.

MAke sure your battery is fully charged before you do it.

Whatever you do, DO NOT INTERRUPOT THE FORMAT PROCESS!!!!!

Oh and if you're looking for a program to input the code for you, lol, try system tools by Psiloc..
