hey guys id like to know how did other people do this in Nokia 3310 cellphone... When i try to contact the phone of such person instead of you can hear some rings while it was not being answered, some laughing tone is the one you can hear... how did they do it??? please teach me any secrets we can do for this...

this isn't something TOP SECRET...it's the service provider who does this...nothing with the handset itself...remember last year i stumbled across this on a webpage...you pay a little fee and the fix it for ya... hope that answers your question
