unlocking?

ok, i'm not sure if i get it right, i can unlock my phone just by entering a code? cuz i saw other posts where it says enter this and that and ur phone will b unlocked. if so, can i plz get help unlocking my 7210 :)

ok, i tried the first code it gave me and it said restriction off, but i tried a different sim card and it said phone restricted.... how do i fix that?
