i cant believe this! im well angry!

...so i blew the loudspeaker on my n-gage a few eeks ago, so i took a trip to the place where i got it n they sent it off 2 nokia for repiar...
today... (a few weeks later, after waiting so long) i get a call to say my n-gage is repaired and ready for collection!
ok so at this point im gettin well excited to get it, but what do i find, the so called "repaired" phone still has a blown speaker and the whole thing hasnt been touched at all... so much for repair centres...
i cant believe nokia, this is just out of order! has anyone else had any problems with repiar places? im jsut so angry n annoyed at this really....

Why dont u bring it down directly to nokia care center?
As long as u have recipt and warrenty card for your fone, nokia will repair it for free.

My guess is that either
1. the shop u bought frm dint send it down to nokia at all.
2. shops do have a service to bring your fones for repair, but if there's too many fones im sure they'd forget wat problems each has. They usually bring down all at a shot and ask the care center to check whats wrong.
(care center might check for on/off problems, frimware, main problems)

If you dont mind me asking how did u blow up your speaker? Ive often thought of that when playing music out the loudspeaker.

but if the speaker is spoilt by the user, they dun need to fix it, unless u request it, and it could cost u some money, since its not a manufacture fault.
