help with Nokia 7250i plz!!!

My mobile has suddenlt started going to a blank screen then starting on main screen everytime i come to set cahbge the wallpaper?

Ive dl a few wallpapers and all have worked fine then after i dl one and tried to set it as wallpaper it keeps going blank then restarting, connected to my mobile operator? Why would this be happening?

Now know of my wallpapers work as it just keeps resetting itself?

Does it resets when you select a background from the Gallery?

Otherwise, this is a softwarebug, don't know if this is fixed in the 4.22 release

I seemed to have solved the problem for the meantime by deleting the current picture background of my fone and now it seems to be working allright again!

Do you know how i can stop this happening in the future??

Yes, upgrade software, as my 7250i doesn't do this anymore with the 4.22 version

i faced that problem in the past and i tried several ways to fix it. in one of my attempts i went to gallery and selected the pic i had for wallpaper already to set it as wallpaper. then i selected the picture i wanted to have now for wallpaper and i worked fine.

so the steps for my solution are:
1. let's say that you have for background picture1.jpg. select it and set it for background
2. let's say that you want picture2.jpg for background. select it and set it for background.

This happen's to me a now and then, it seems to only happen when i select a picture of large size, i just tried this with two pics both 48kb and when i select either of these as wallpapers the phone hangs on blue screen for a min then resets.
If i put the problem images through nokia image converter they seem to work fine.
