I am trying to unlock my 3650 but keep getting a code error, I tried the free code generator on this website but still have the same problem. I have ATT wireless in the USA. Need Help..

WARNING: If you try to unlock your phone more than 5 times with the wrong code, it lock pemanently. The only way to unlock then is with a cable.

Tako out the SIM-card and turn on the phone. When it asks to insert the sim-card put the following code.

#pw+873371207135272+1#
or
#pw+743010273122013+7#

if you have already wasted your five tries, then you'll have to take the phone to a private repair shop... the providers usually are rather expensive than those private guys.

Try to find a private shop, they'll unlock it for, at least less than a griffin or twister, and less than the service provider.

Probably, the new service provider will lock the phone to their network. They do that here in argentina, because they are just a bunch of fuckin monopolist that only wants to squeeze our pockets, and give a fuck about the customers. So, be careful with that. Once the phone is unlocked, and if itīs locked again by someone, you have again five tries... But, no more than five tries, so be careful.
