is it possible to change the imei on this phone, i ask coz i'm not sure if it is dct3 or dct4, if it is changable then which is the best s/ware for it

i can tell u that it is dct 3 and if u want to i will try and unlock using my dct 3 calc. im not sure if u can change ur imei

As above DCT3 to unlock so yes you can IMEI the phone.

yo can do this easily with an mbus cable (the dlr2 cable you get with the fone won't work) and eeprom tools software.

i have a dlr2 cable is there any way of modifying this cable to work like mbus

From memory,this fone is actually classified as a LINDA, and am not sure what the story is on reflashng imeis on these little buggers! The mad is definitely different than dct3 fones,so beware of flashing with dct3 software!!- Ask a bloke called monkey zu,as he will be able to tell ya,and you can be confident in what he says. 8-)

9210 and 9210i can be unlocked and IMEI changed by epproms tools (best to use V3) and use the 9110 mbus cable, all of this is tested by me on both phones.

Now as for flashing new firmware in to the phone you need to use one of the new DCT-4 flashers out.
