HELP?! unlpck codes for nokia 3650 not working

I have a nokia 3650, IMEI: 351102501882483 Carrier: AT&T wireless USA. I have tried several codes with no results. I removed my SIM card and entered the following codes:

I did not know until I read forum just now that I could end up locked out because I tried too many #'s.
