3510i No signal

I found a 3510i the other day and it was all wet. I took it home and dryed it as best as i could. Now all the keys and sounds work but i cant get any signal. I sometimes only get a signal for about a second. I cant seem to get the antenna cover off. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to do it.

Phone has been reported lost or stolen and will now be barred on all networks. Only solution is to swap/sell abroad or do the moral thing and take it to a police station where it can possibly be re-united with it's owner and unbarred.
