A 3650 doesn't support themes so there aren't any.

best u can do is use smart launcher, change the logo and stuff, but no themes.

right now theyre working on a 'Themerizer' to extract 6600 theme files to create mini themes for 7650/3650/N-Gage... although the themes extracted dont look exactly like that of 6600.
