well, not unless theres a leakage somewhere. but i dun tink so, nv heard any case like tt. even if it happens, the voltage is veri low to do any actual harm.

Maybe when the charger is plugged in but I think it is very strange if you get a shock from a mobile. :-?

well, dun worry bout it, the voltage is too low to do any real damage. but if ur batt is not lasting longer than usual, u might wanna get it checked at nokia.

When phones is not connected to charger, you'll feel nothing (abt 5 Volts)
Even when charger is connected to charger, you won't feel anything (5.5 volts)
Just follow these restrictions
Max 12 volts when your compeletely under water
Max 24 volts when you're "wet"
Max 48 volts with dry skin
Yeah, If you once placed a 9V battery on your tongue, you'll know, but not with bare hands

Volts aren't really what hurt you that much, its the ampere. The ampere is what you should watch out for.

yeh he is right its the current thats the deadly thing not the volts something with 1000volts can be perfectly safe to touch but thats only the case of high internal resistance: current = voltage/resistence

Incorrect, you can get shocked.. static from your clothes (e.g. wool) or it could have conducted with something in the environment.
I have been shocked several times when I have had my headset plugged in and I have taken my jumper off, ever heard that crackling noise when you sometimes take your jumper off quickly... thats static :-)
I doubt its anything to worry about, as its only 5.5v maximum and as another user said, its the amps that are deadly.
have fun! :-)

You can't comare voltage of your phone with static energy, we're talking bout 10000volts here...
Current doesn't do much here as your skin is about 3000ohms
So calculate: 5.5v/3000ohms is 0.00055 amperes
