3100 - problem wityh connection

i got win XP , Fbus cable to com , i want to connect my nokia 3100 to pc,and use oxygen !! (or something else ,what you suggeste for me to editing phone,sending and reciving photos, waves e.tc.) please help!

but problem it's that i can't connecto to pc!! what should i do??

First install program, than connect cable to PC (COM1) and to the phone.
Now turn the phone on and open program!
