6100 and FBUS Cable

Hi ,

I have 6100 and FBUS Cable.
I am experiencing two problems:

1) Nokia PC Suite (5.1, 5.12) could not connect to my device however Oxygen Phone Manager II as well MobiMB works excellent.
2) I can't setup my 6100 as a modem. This seems windows 2000 Pro doesn't even "see" it.


Any ideas on these?

Hi There!

The reason you are having this problem, is that the cable you are using is not supported by using these methods. I tried for days to get it to work and finnaly found my answer from the nokia website.

To get the PC Suite to work, you must buy a cable that plugs into the popport of your phone. I hope this helps.

Although, Oxygen does everything that the others do, I find it find!
