Nokia 3200b stop working

I got a nokia 3200b with cingular, but my friend accidentally took out the battery without truning off the phone. Now the phone stop working with the sim card, but I can call emergency # if the sim is not inserted. I think it somehow rested the phone. Can somebody help me?

yeah i work for cingular and most likely you could go to you local store and they should replace it for you (SIM CARD). If not let me know

I went a local store, but they couldn't fix it. Can you help me unlock the phone?
