firmware upgrade for nokia 7250

hi i have been reading some of the threads on this site about the nokia 7250 and as far as i can gather the latest firmware for this handset is v3.62 please could you tell me where i might get this firmware to download so i can upgrade my handset as my firmware version is v3.14 and also please tell me how i would do this with a data cable i have for my phone

Data cable cannot upgrade the firmware,it just for upload picture, java games and ringtone to phone, you should have a DCT4 flasher box to upgrade the firmware.
