Changing image quality and size

I took a couple of pictures with my Digital Camera, now I want to upload them to my phone using my DKU-5 cable and Nokia Image Converter. Anyways, the picture is currently 219K and in a fairly high quality, so I need to reduce the size of the picture so I can fit it onto my phone. Any one care to tell me how I can do this?

at the image converter theres a button call "crop" press that button and it will resize to size of ur fone.

i haven try it out d/ling wit digital camera photos. could u tell me d outcome.
