NokiaFree Bi-annual DCT 3 Flash modding contest

These are the rules for the flash modding contest March/April 2004
You need to read and understand the rules before you can enter
Any questions please PM Me, Alinus or Man0n

Competition Rules
Anyone who disobeys any of these rules will be disqualified from the contest
1) Any type of nokia dct3 phone can enter the contest
2) The flash file you enter must be your own work and not stolen from someone else ;)
3) Any type of modification is allowed into the contest using any software etc.
4) (removed due to certain reasons)
5) All flashes must be entered into the contest between the dates 19/03/2004 and 16/04/2004 any
flashes recieved after or before this date will be deleted
6) All the flashes entered into the competition will be given a number rather than a name to make
the competition a little more fair
7) To enter the competition please PM me first and I will tell you where to post your flash
8 ) Any uploaded files containing virus's will be deleted immediately
9) Each flash will be given a thread where the file can be downloaded from and where you can put a
short description of the flash file itself

Voting Rules
Anyone who disobeys any of these rules will be disqualified from the contest
1) Only one vote is allowed per User of the forum per section of the contest (thats 5 votes in total)
2) Anyone caught trying to cheat at this will be disqualified
3) You cannot vote for your own flash as this would be cheating
4) The vote will be open so we will be able to see which flash each user has voted for ;)

Prizes
The prizes for the winner of the contest is a 300euro discount voucher to be spent at U-Cables
