I would like to try and build myself a DCT 3 or 4 unlock box but can't find the schematic.
Can anyone help.

As I know, to unlock DCT 4 mobile is using the same m-bus cable as DCT 3.
But for flasher the DCT 4 mobile needs different Cable flasher.
If there is any body have DCT4 scheme for flasher that really work, please upload here at the forum. (and maybe with the list or the hex that will be needed to program the PIC)
