Retrieve ringtone

Hi,,

for nokia 8310, 6100 , mono ringtone

any one know software that can "extract" mono ringtone from phone and save it in (binary format? or Rttl ?or nokia composer format? ) to PC

I used to use Oxygen phonemanager, but cannot save.
