why cant anyone unlock a tmobile 3595 for me? calc doesnt work

ive tried using the calc and ive tried different software
why cant i unlock a tmobile 3595? anyone have the same problem

make sure that:

- the phone is locked (sometimes phones are not locked out of factory)
- you enter the codes without sim
- the codes are calculated with the correct details, with v2 (33820) as box serial
- asic type is correct (2)
