Please i need this soooooooo much i'm so desperate an application which convert from mid or midi file format to pmd format for my trium ecleps mobile

psmplayer can convert them, but it is not easy, midi format is usually 16 channel sounds, .pmd and .dgm is 3 channels so you need to know music as well to convert the 16 channels to 3 channels so you do not loose a lot of details.
