And.. can't unlock

With Griffin box and griffin 2.081
When I plug in the phone, click detect, the phone is detected, then click unlock and I get:

Unlock DCT4
Local Mode confirmed
Sending Data ...
communication failed

I flashed other phones so the box seems to be working I can't seem to unlock the phone.

How can I fix this?

Hello again, I jsut succesfully unlocked a 7210. The problem is hapenning onyl with the 3650. The 3650 has been locked by trying to unlock it too much time with wrong codes.

And no luck with a 3300... the phone won't turn on... anything special that needs to be done with this phone?

This is probably due connectors..
try cleaining contacts..
Else you have bad connectors.. buy new ones ot better contact your dealer.

3300 is little different that other Nokia's.Be carefull if u flash it,i mean MCU thing u will loose all multimedia applications if u dont flash ADSP file also.It can be done via DKU-3 cable. About unlocking,try to read phone info without poering the phone. It should get into local mode with autopower mode. (it starts automatically if your phone is not powered on.

I also have a 3650 that is locked due to excessive attempts with a wrong code. If you can't unlock it with your box, what kind of hardware should I buy?

I didnt say that it cannot be unlocked.I said that sometimes it cannot TURN ON when connected to griffin.So U just need to klik on DETECT PHONE and it will detect it automatically even if the phone is OFF because griffin has AUTOIGNITION built in the box.
