Error in Nokia DCT3 Flasher by rolis

Can anyone help me???


an error always occurs when i start flashing may 3310... i'm using a dejan box and rolis 4.78b6 running under WinXP....

the first time i flashed was a success but now i can't do it again...

the error that always appeared is

Preloader boot error.Check :
- mobile choose
- cable and contacts
- cable supply

i've already try this but the error keeps comming back....

i've tried to change my lpt setting to ECP as well as EPP and till has the same error...

i've tried using different cellphones... same problem...
i've tried it in different pc... same problem...
i've tried it with a flasher cable.... same problem...

can anyone please help me.....

Don't use Windows XP to do unlocking or upgrading. Softwares seem working not stable in Win XP and Win2K. Try to use a PC PII with Win98 installed :)

I use a p4 on win xp, with a good flash it works great. I use rollis 4.78 flasher and noktool 1.8 by rollis both work well for flashing/faid updating no problems.

Me athlon 1.0G winxp, all software no problem except nokia flash tools.

Guys... i found the problem....
i have a busted ic in my flasher cable and change it in a new one...

and it works like a charm.... :)
