I am the UK agent for KoDDer v0.7 that is a small database that carries all the internal code info you require for a small fee. See Info

3360 is tdma, and the gsm codes will not work.

about the *3001#12345# code, it allows you to access the alpha-tag settings, but you'll not see the new tag when you change it, don't know why, but you may ask your operator to change the alpha-tag for you.. they will usually do that for free.

*3001#12345# is for programming NAM (phone number, network etc), activating field-test menu (like netmonitor in gsm phones), and maybe other settings too.
*#0000# is for viewing the version number, but it won't work in tdma models, use *#9999# instead.
about the third one.... it shall be the half-rate codec, but not sure if it works with tdma's..
