unlocking motorola m300

Can anyone suggest how I can unlock a m300 from tmobile. If by cable what program needed and where to get cable etc or is there a calc that does old phones. I know you'll say why unlock such old phone but have full car kit with this phone and would want to switch between orange and tmobile. t mobile want £30 for unlock code. :sad:
