Missing software in my 8390

When I go to caller groups on my Nokia 8390 , there is nothing there. The menu is empty and my phone goes back to start page.

Is there anyway to fix this.

Of course. Just upgrade your software or upload the same software version and do factory settings,if u have the equipment.

What software or equipment can this be done with.
:oops: Sorry I'm kind of new to all this. Can I use a Nokia service tool or something. I do have a Nokia dct3/dct4 clip and a Griffin Box and I can get access to a Prodigy.
